Spiritual Wellness
This domain is often the most misunderstood and unlikely part of a workplace well-being program. Spiritual wellness refers to the connection an individual feels to a something bigger than themselves, focuses on personal and company values and creates the opportunity to reflect on gratitude and what their “why” is.
